The original MCX  ground-breaking capabilities are now all included in a more capable, modular design. The MCX-Rattler LT was created to satisfy the demands of Special Operations forces. It has fully ambidextrous controls, such as an adjustable gas piston for both suppressed and unsuppressed use, an ambidextrous bolt-catch, and a bolt-release. It also has a flat-blade trigger for ultimate control and the SIG QD suppressor-ready flash-hider. The MCX is the ideal modular package since it comes with a cold hammer forged 6 or 7 3/4 barrel and is now completely compatible with all MCX barrels and handguards. Available in 5.56 NATO, 7.62X39, and 300 Blackout calibers.
